Here, Differently

β€”

Not merely in it-but of it.

As an expression of it’s best qualities, and a caretaker of its frailties.

Aware of my role, and of its role in me.

In the alternate universe, this would be the norm. Not a super power.

All of us speaking in one language:understanding. No words, no noise. Just feeling-unfiltered, unhidden .

Would we even be human? Are we only human here, and alien elsewhere? Or are we human everywhere-defined not by form, but by essence?

We’d appreciate one another as different expressions of our universe-no one prettier, no one fitter.. No need for a new 30-day routine to reshape what was never broken.

We’d accept our place in the cosmos. Death-a transition, not a terror. A process. No fear of leaving loved ones ,because we are all each others loved ones and everything would be alright for us and for those leave behind.

No wondering where next. We would know: This is our universe. We are it.

And there is nowhere else we need to go.

I’m Betty-the creator behind NdukuOutLoud. The name comes from my middle name, Nduku and “Out Loud” is my quiet rebellion against being, well…quiet. Naturally introverted, but this blog is where I speak up-about life, growth, and the everyday moments that shape us.

It’s raw, it’s real, and hopefully, it resonates with you too.
