That there’s a lot we don’t know yet. And that’s not a bad thing.
We’re all trying to make sense of this life-what it means, where it’s going and whether there’s something beyond it. Sure, there’s always someone who seems to know more( or at least sounds like they do). Maybe you’ve tried a few things that worked. Maybe they didn’t. Maybe that person you ignored was actually right. Maybe not.
Studies have been done. Experiences have been lived. And still, we’re not even halfway there. We’ll keep discovering new things, inventing even wilder ones. That’s what we do. And maybe future generations will look back at what we built and be amazed-or disappointed by what we didn’t.
Point is: we’re not done yet.
It’s okay not to have everything figured out. And maybe that’s why we’re here. To try. To feel. To fail. To love. To experience. I experience life my way. You experience it yours. The fact that it’s different doesn’t make it wrong. Just different.
And before you try to force your way down someone else’s throat, ask yourself: Are you even sure about yours? Why does someone else’s truth makes you so uncomfortable?
Our ideas can sit in the same room. They should. My culture is different from yours. But it’s not less than. My beliefs may not align with yours. And that’s perfectly okay. I only hope that whatever you believe, it’s rooted in love and peace. That it values human life. That it doesn’t decide who deserves love and who doesn’t. That it makes space for someone else.
We're all figuring this out.
Let's extend grace to one another.
And kindness, while we do.
